About Our Speaker:
Our speaker, Tom Colosimo, CPPM, is a local career coach/strategist. He will address these issues and more as he tackles one of the most difficult aspects of job search – how to break into the recruiter network and establish fruitful relationships.
Tom has worked in various corporations for over 20 years as an accountant, and as a recruiter for more than 7 years. He brings the “inside scoop” on why it seems to be difficult to work with recruiters through the hiring process. His knowledge of corporate cultures, along with recruiting firms, brings to light the issues that are going on as seen from the client perspective. His skill at being a “master connector” for networking and his far-reaching knowledge of the Twin Cities business scene establish him as a solid expert on this topic.
